The Colonial Treasurer to move -

That the Council authorizes the expenditure of a

further sum of $10,597.93 in respect of the year 1932

on works connected with the Shing Mun Valley Water

Supply Scheme (Second Section; Gorge Dan) to be met

from a future loan, and meanwhile to be charged as an

advance from the surplus balances of the Colony.
